How to fix most problems
Most issues can be solved by resetting the app or reinstalling.
You can also try changing the selected camera or unplugging and replugging your camera.
Make sure the FilterOnMe app is open and running (you can see yourself in the preview), before using it in your main application.
You can also try restarting your computer.
Mac only:
Toggle camera permissions
Go into the settings and change permissions for Filteronme camera to OFF, and then turn it back on again.
Toggle camera extension permission
Go to camera extension in your settings and toggle Filteronme camera on and off.
Re-install camera extension
- Go to the settings page in the app, click uninstall extension. Confirm prompts.
- Restart computer
- Reopen Filteronme app, click install extension. Confirm prompts.
- Reboot Filteronme app
