Unable to get login link to Stripe billing portal

Having trouble accessing the billing portal? If you haven't received a login link in your email (including spam folder), you might be using a different email address than the one associated with your purchase. This commonly occurs when checking out with Apple Pay or other express payment methods.


To resolve this:

• Try logging in with your alternative email addresses

• Look up your billing email at: https://www.filteronme.com/billing-email


Please also double check your bank or credit card statement. Our charges will come from Filteronme or FILTERONME.COM. There are other similarly named companies that we are not affiliated with.
