How to fix black screen on FilterOnMe camera?

First, make sure the FilterOnMe app is open before your main application is open.

FilterOnMe needs to be open for the virtual camera & filters to work.

If this doesn't fix the problem, please reboot the app.

Make sure the FilterOnMe app has control of your camera (you can see yourself in the preview) before starting the main app.

Lastly, if that still doesn't resolve the issue, please reboot your computer.
