Filteronme is a fully self-service platform. That means we’re unable to manually send invoices, switch plans, or change your subscription—but you can easily do all of that through the billing portal.
Most common questions are answered in our support center, including our refund policy.
Note: All billing matters must be handled through our billing portal. We cannot process subscription changes or refund requests via email. Our billing system is securely managed by Stripe.
Have a technical issue? You can email us at support@filteronme.com. We typically respond within a few business days, but using the support portal is the fastest way to get help.
If you are having a technical issue, please include as much detail as you can including:
- Are you on Mac or Windows?
- What version of Mac or Windows are you on?
- What app are you trying to use Filteronme with?
- Is this problem new? Was it working before?
- Does it work with other apps?
- What have you tried already?
