To cancel or manage your subscription, click the Billing button inside the app or visit FilterOnMe.com/billing. The billing portal is managed by Stripe, our payment processor.


Our support team does not have access to your billing and cannot make changes. Please try a different email if it is not working. You will only receive a login to our billing portal if you have an active subscription. Our free trial does not require a credit card & does not need to be cancelled.
