Lost access to email

If you no longer have access to the email address on your Filteronme account, contact our support team and we’ll help you update it.

To protect your account, we need to verify that you own the subscription before making any changes. Please include as much of the following information as you can:

  • Your old account email
  • The new email you’d like to use
  • Your most recent Filteronme charge date and amount
  • The last 4 digits and brand of the payment card used, if available
  • The name and billing address on the payment method
  • Any Filteronme receipt, invoice, or order number you can find
  • Whether you may have more than one Filteronme account or subscription

Account recovery requests can take up to 5–10 business days or longer to resolve, especially if we need to investigate multiple accounts, subscriptions, or billing records.

Providing as much information as possible upfront helps us verify ownership faster and reduces delays. For security reasons, we may not be able to restore access or update your account email if we cannot verify ownership.
